Dan Dineen brings over 30 years of contact center and BPO experience
Omaha, NE (January 11, 2017) – EPIC Connections, Inc. today announced that Mr. Dan Dineen has joined the customer experience optimization and contact center consulting firm effective immediately as Vice President, Consulting and Implementations.
Mr. Dineen brings over 30 years of contact center and BPO experience to EPIC Connections including IT leadership positions managing large contact center and infrastructure teams at Convergys, Zenta (now Accenture), and West Corporation. In this new role, Mr. Dineen will oversee EPIC’s Certified Implementation team as well as provide technology consulting services.

Mr. Dineen is a graduate of Creighton University with a BS in Business Administration. His expertise includes IT organization leadership and project management; implementation of inbound and outbound call center projects; carrier voice, data network and call routing services; contact center platform design, engineering and operations for ACD/PBX, predictive dialer, call routing solutions, call recording applications, IVR, CTI and workforce management systems.
